ProLocumsNg  makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the web ProLocumsNg website, App and any service or material we provide and its relevant assets or the information, content, materials or products included on this ProLocumsNg website, App and any service or material we provide and its relevant assets. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the ProLocumsNg website, App and any service or material we provide and its relevant assets, including, but not limited to, indirect, incidental, punitive and/or consequential damages.

Accessing ProLocumsNg & Account Security

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the ProLocumsNg website, App and any service or material we provide, in our sole discretion, without notice. Liability and Obligations of Facilities and Locums

Payment; The Client accepts that the contract of employment or engagement between the Locum and The Client is their entire responsibility and the liability for paying or providing the Locum’s remuneration is solely that of the Facility.

Facility Premises; ProLocumsNg accepts no responsibility for and makes no warranty or assurance that the premises in which the Locum will work complies with the standard laid down in the HEFAMAA Medical Ethics and Practice Guide nor with any relevant statutory guidelines. The Company accepts no liability for any loss resulting from non-compliance with this provision.

Loss or Damage to property; ProLocumsNg accepts no liability for any loss or damage, whether to property, loss of profits or for any injury caused to any person, resulting from the acts or omissions of The Client whether these acts or omissions were fraudulent, negligent or through any other cause.

Compliance Liability

Indemnity Insurance
It is the responsibility of the locum to maintain full professional indemnity insurance coverage with an insurance company of good repute. The Company accepts no liability to the Locum for any loss resulting from non-compliance with this provision.

Licensed to Practise
The Locum shall ensure that they are fully and effectively registered and legally authorised to provide all medical and healthcare services in Nigeria and (or) locations where ProLocumsNg provides its services. They maintain their appropriate qualifications and membership of all and any necessary statutory or professional bodies.

Conduct While on Placement in Facilities

Display of Professional Licenses; The Locum shall at all times when undertaking work for a Facility display their Professional License/ Registration Certificate. The Locum shall at all times be punctual and act at all times in a professional and appropriate manner.

Punctuality; Once the Locum has agreed to a placement with a Facility it is that locums responsibility to attend at the agreed date and time. There is no obligation for a locum to accept any vacancy offered by The Company but upon acceptance of a vacancy by the locum and confirmation by The Client a binding contract exists unless agreement to cancel the booking is given by The Client or locum with prior notices.

You Are Responsible As A Locum For: Making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to ProLocumsNg website, App and any service or material we provide, and ensuring that all persons who access the ProLocumsNg website, App and any service or material we provide, through your internet connection are aware of these Terms of Use and comply with them.

To access the ProLocumsNg website, App and any service or material we provide, or some of the resources it offers, you may be asked to provide certain registration details or other information. It is a condition of your use of the ProLocumsNg website, App and any service or material we provide, that all the information you provide to ProLocumsNg is correct, current, and complete. You agree that all information you provide to register with the ProLocumsNg is true, including without limitation through the use of any interactive features on the ProLocumsNg website, App and any service or material we provide, is governed by our Privacy Policy, and you consent to all actions we take with respect to your information consistent with our Privacy Policy. We have the right to disable any client or provider’s access to or use of the ProLocumsNg website, App and any service or material we provide, at any time in our sole discretion for any or no reason, including if, in our opinion, you have violated any provision of these Terms of Use.

Protection Of Content And Information

• All content and information posted on ProLocumsNg is protected by the copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws in Nigeria and in foreign countries as may be applicable. Any special rules are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.

• If you violate any of these Terms and Conditions, your permission to use the ProLocumsNg website, App and any service or material we provide or Applications and its content and information automatically terminates and you must immediately destroy any copies you have made of any portion of the ProLocumsNg website, App and any service or material we provide and its content and information.

• You represent that all User Content provided by you is accurate, complete, up-to-date, and in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations in Nigeria or in the country of use. You acknowledge that all Content, including User Content, accessed by you using ProLocumsNg is at your own risk and you will be solely responsible for any damage or loss to you or any other party resulting therefrom. • ProLocumsNg will provide the Candidate with information relating to the assignment such as start times, address of the place of employment and any other information or instructions deemed pertinent to the employment of the Candidate by the Client. This information constitutes the Client’s instructions to ProLocumsNg and is provided to the Candidate on behalf of the Client on an information-only basis, no assessment of the information is made by ProLocumsNg as regards its verity or legality and no responsibility is accepted as regards actions taken or not taken as a result of receiving this information.

Intellectual Property Rights
The ProLocumsNg website, App and any service or material we provide, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by ProLocumsNg , its licensors, affiliates, or other providers of such material and are protected by Nigerian  and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

These Terms of Use permit you to use the  ProLocumsNg website, App and any service or material we provide for your personal, non-commercial use only.
